Step into the revamped charm of the Olive Residence in Allenstown, a 94-year-old gem now boasting a fresh, modern twist. Shanty has worked her magic, blending the home's historic roots with a contemporary flair.
Entryway
The entranceway boasts pristine white VJ panels and original hardwood floors that tell their own story with every creak and groan. Adding a playful touch, a checkered runner graces the floor, infusing the scene with personality and character.
Living Room
The stunning round pink marble coffee table was the beginning of this the space, serving as both a focal point and a conversation starter. Paired with a dreamy white slipcover cloud sofa and an olive green armchair adding a pop of earthy elegance, while a rattan TV unit brings in that natural, laid-back vibe. And let's not forget the pièce de résistance – Italian coastline, transporting you to the shores of the Mediterranean with every glance. It's a space where comfort meets sophistication, and every element tells a story of style and charm.

The golden hues of the mesmerising stained glass window set the tone for this primary suite. Inspired by this focal point, the selection of art and soft furnishings echoes its warmth and elegance.
